Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy:
1. For advance bookings, 50% of the package cost should be paid within 72 hours to reserve the slots.
2. In case of a cancellation request by the Booking Agency or the Visitor, we shall initially give an alternative date to compensate. If that doesn’t suit at all, every cancellation request before 48 hours of the tour will be entertained with guaranteed 100% money back.
3. Transaction charges and the cost due to variable currency rates for foreign transactions during refund, must be incurred by the person/agency applying for cancellation.
4. In case of cancellation by NFS within 48 hours before the tour, we guarantee a full refund through the original mode of payment.
5. Applicable discounts or other exceptions will be entertained only based on written confirmation on a mail from our side i.e. NFS.
6. Not turning up within 1 hour from the starting time of the tour, will amount to an automatic cancellation without any liability to repay the money back to the visitor/agent.
7. We i.e. NFS should not be held accountable to repay any percentage of the booking price if the visitors leave the on-going tour at any point of time, under any circumstances.
8. We accept the payment only in INR. Anybody booking from overseas, needs to pay the exact equivalent of the amount as per contemporary conversion rate and differential amount due to currency exchange, needs to be incurred by him/her.
